My scheduled appointment was quick and efficient!

It was great working with Gerardo. He was not your typical car salesman. Not pushy at all and made me feel comfortable buying a new truck.

Vinny was extremely professional and didn’t push me into buying the vehicle like other salesmen would do like my life depended on it. He even made sure I was given a loaner vehicle when the fin on the roof was found loose.

Bob, John & Jeff were very informative, very knowledgeable and took their time to explain everything thoroughly so I understood it. These 3 are true professionals Jeff the service technician for Corvettes went over and beyond reviewing the car with me Jeff also walked over with me where the car was and explained everything he did on the vehicle

1st service on truck I bought at Kunes Lake Geneva. (Oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection.) Not impressed! When I got my truck back the mirrors were folded in, the tire pressures had never been checked/adjusted ( the sticker on the door jamb calls for front tire pressure to be 3 lbs lower than the rear. Tires were rotated and front tires had more pressure than rear) and a couple days later found the air box cover was not screwed down. Little things, but you expect more from a dealer. Also leaves you wondering about the more important things. My paper work states "vehicle does not qualify for Kunes no fear lifetime warranty" I don't know why that would be because the only service my vehicle has had was at the same Kunes location I purchased it from? Again, not earth shattering, but a customer expects more from a dealer.
