Brought my car in for an oil change. Was emailed quote for all different things they found need to be replaced/repaired with options to accept or decline the work. Fantastic communication, or so you would think. Unfortunately, after accepting what work we wanted to move forward with I received numerous calls from the Service Advisor. The first to say they put in the wrong engine filter and it would be double to cost…okay. The next to say oh the quote that says 2 tires and replace all lug nuts does not include the tires and it too would be double to cost. Talk about hidden fees or miscommunication. If the quote mentions all the work in the verbiage, how is all of it not included in the cost? Third call to say oh we quoted you for one part, but we need two. I then made the mistake of taking my second car in the next week to get the brakes and rotors done per the quoted cost at its oil change. But, you guessed it, we can do it how we thought so it will be double the cost. I’ve been bringing my cars here for 8 years and have watched it severely decline since Kunes came in. And needless to say I did not get the work done needed and I will be looking for an honest (does that exist these days) mechanic to transfer my service too.

Rocio what was amazing with listening to what we were looking for and finding us the perfect deal and car, she is super knowledgeable and very friendly and easy too work with. We will highly recommend her to other future buyers!

I came in with a slow air leak in my tire and service took care of me right away and discovered a nail that they were able to patch the tire for me so that I would be able to travel the next day long distance. very grateful!
